Guidelines for Submissions (Newsletter/PTO Website)

The LHS PTO Weekly Newsletter is a collection of announcements submitted to the LHS PTO and shared with LHS parents and guardians every Sunday evening or Monday morning. Please follow the guidelines to submit a newsletter announcement. Submissions will also be considered for inclusion in PTO website.

  1. Newsletter/website announcements must be received at communication@lhspto.org by 5pm each Wednesday. Late submissions are at the discretion of the PTO.

  2. PDFs (flyers, image or photo) may be included, but event/announcement details must be submitted in an editable format (via email, Word document, or this form).

  3. Newsletter/website announcements need to be pertinent and connected to LHS parent/caregiver/student community and within Lexington (such as community service for students). NOTE: we do not post items from any for-profit entities.

  4. Submissions by for profit organizations will not be included.

  5. Newsletter announcements will run for 2 weeks, unless otherwise requested.
